Tier 1 Support (Louisville, CO)

Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support during high volume call periods
Assist the QA department with testing (training provided)

Skills Required:
•    Bachelor's degree (preferred, not necessary)
•    1-3 years' experience in a technical position
•    Basic programming skills a plus
•    Proficient in speaking and writing the English language
•    Strong customer focus and bias for action
•    Experience working within the software development industry
•    Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
•    Prior developer operations or customer support experience is preferred
•    Must be passionate about customers and new technology
•    Must enjoy managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment

•    Direct Placement with our client in Louisville
•    Pay rate is $19.00/hour, direct placement
•    Must be available Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm,
schedule would be determined during interview (40-hour work week).
