Technical Recruiter (Denver, CO)

Job Responsibilities:
•    Source candidates using direct methods (phone, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, databases, and referrals)
•    Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals seeking contract, contract to hire, and direct placement employment
•    Recruit and interviewing candidates over the phone and in person
•    Provide candidates with organization information, benefits, and opportunities
•    Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiating contract terms
•    Schedule candidates for interviews with client management
•    Assist with general HR support as required and requested

Skills Required:
•    Outstanding communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to build relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues internally
•    Dynamic, self-motivated, driven, and outgoing personality
•    Social media adept, PC literate, desire to learn and ability to problem solve
•    Demonstrated success in team environment such as sales, marketing, customer service, restaurant/hospitality or athletics
•    Bachelors Degree
•    Aggressive compensation/commission model
