Responsibilities:
*Manage a department of 5+ individuals (and growing) and will ensure that his/her team members fulfill their job responsibilities
*Fill in as necessary during high volume times or when otherwise necessary
*Structure sales team to quickly follow-up on Leads*
*Coordination and communication with other departments (Customer Service, Operations)
*Train all team members on approved sales and qualifying process and ensure these processes are consistently followed.
*Hold regular pipeline and coaching review meetings with the team
*Conduct performance evaluations with Inside Sales team
*Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources
*Manage departmental administrative functions. This includes managing schedules and bonuses; conducting interviews, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; reviewing performance; praising and disciplining employees; and addressing any complaints and resolving issues
*Prospect and develop inbound leads, overcome objections, understand prospects’ needs, and qualify them
Requirements:
*5-7 years’ experience in direct customer-facing revenue-generating roles

*1-3 years’ experience effectively managing and coaching others in sales roles
*Exceptional communication skills
*Aptitude with CRM highly desired.

What will you do?
Originates purchase or Refinance transactions by taking complete and accurate loan applications.

Collects and analyzes information regarding the customer’s income, assets, investments or debts.
Evaluates Expert Financial and other loan products and services and determines which financial products best meet the customer’s needs and financial circumstances.
Advises the customer regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different loan products.
Services existing customers and obtains all necessary support documents along with the appropriate fees and lock in information.
Oversees the loan process by monitoring loan status and ensures conformity with terms.
Communicates loan status to all interested parties, and obtains loan documentation after closing.
Negotiates terms and conditions of loans with customers.
Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability.

Staff Accountant (Englewood, CO)


In this position, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, documenting and evaluating current procedures, and continuous procedural improvements. Areas of focus include general accounting; month end close and cost accounting.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with general accounting, cost accounting, inventory management and budgetary controls.
Responsible for monthly journal entries to record, as determined by assigned accounts.
Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis; resolve any reconciling items on a timely basis.
Maintain timely month-end close process with organized and comprehensive checklist.
Audit financial data by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
Calculate and monitor costs for inventory valuation and job costing purposes.
Maintain cost accounting system, inventory accuracy and valuation, expense analyses and product costing for manufactured and sourced products.
Assist with annual financial budget and forecasts.
Analyze financial data to support various projects and initiatives.
Provide financial support to the other functional areas of the company and backup critical accounting/finance functions.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
2 to 3 years of accounting experience
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
Strong MS EXCEL experience required (assessment given)
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented

Preferred Experience:
SAGE or similar ERP experience
CPA or CPA eligible
Implementation of a manufacturing ERP module
