HR Administrative Assistant-Thornton, CO

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls; organize and schedule appointments and recruiting works
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Generate inventory management policies and manage equipment, office supplies, and research new deals and suppliers
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Some light accounting responsibilities

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 - 3 years of experience, 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills
